Camo works by streaming camera data from our iOS app to your computer. To use Camo, run the app on your iPhone or iPad, plug it into your computer, and launch Camo on your Mac. You’ll see Camo appear as a camera in your video apps!

- Introduced Screen Capture, allowing you to share your entire display, or specific application windows, using a layer in your scene. Requires macOS 14 or later.
- Added support for app audio capture, making it easy to add audio from a particular app to the output from Camo Studio.
- Added resolution and frame rate information to the Profiles selector in the titlebar to represent how Profiles are used to control these.

- Significantly improved CPU and power efficiency when Camo Studio is not actively in use for better battery life.
- App updates no longer require administrator accounts to confirm their password to update the app.
- Android connections now display USB hub warnings when appropriate.

Even though I find this application is very good I think the subscription price can be lowered a little more. Because at that price we might be able to buy a dedicated good new webcam.

I bought a Mac mini M1 , and I tried to use Camo for my external camera, it works well when I use Jitsi online course, but it doesn't work with FaceTime or skype. the system showed "no camera found". I contacted the support team, and Lucian replied me very quickly, and he provided servals solutions. It was during X-mas holidays, I wan't even sure whether I could have a response. He was super cool and professional. I appreciate what he helped. BIG recommendation for this app and the team behind.
